Lenovo to launch P2 smartphone with 64GB storage in India on January 1

Chinese smartphone maker Lenovo is all set to launch its latest P2 smartphone in India on January 11. The company has revealed that the handset will be available exclusively on leading e-tailer Flipkart. The device will go on sale at 12.30pm on the launch day.

The P2 was first launched by the company at the IFA 2016 tradeshow along with the A Plus. P2 features a 5.5-inch full-HD Super AMOLED display and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box. It is powered by a 2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 MSM8953 processor paired with a 3GB/4GB RAM. It offers a 64GB internal storage which can be expanded further by installing a microSD card.

The smartphone flaunts a metal unibody and packs a 5,100mAh battery with fast charging facility. It sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera for selfies. On the connectivity front, it offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
