World Telugu literary meet to be held in Singapore in November

Telugu writers and litterateurs from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and South Africa, as also those from other countries, are expected to participate in the 5 World Telugu Literary Conference to be held in Singapore on November 5 and 6.

The conference is being jointly organised by Vanguri Foundation of America, Lok Nayak Foundation, Singapore Telugu Association, and Malaysia Telugu Association, Lok Nayak Foundation chairman Yarlagadda Lakshmi Prasad and Vanguru Foundation president Vanguri Chitten Raju told the media here on Wednesday.

The objective of the conference was to facilitate interaction among Telugu writers from different countries, apart from promotion of Telugu language. The participants would be provided free food and accommodation while they have to bear their travel expenses themselves.
