Britney Spears runs into a pole

Spears, 34, has the nasty bruise on her face to prove it. “Good morning 2016! Don’t mind the little bruise on my forehead..  Ran into a pole,” she wrote.

In the pic, Spears is frowning and wearing a leather jacket with her trademark blonde locks in a high ponytail. Of course, the most notable feature in the Instagram post is the black and blue lump on her forehead.

The singer is no stranger to injuries. In April of 2015, she rolled her ankle in the middle of her Las Vegas Piece of Me show. Though she kept the concert going after the injury, she later found out she tore some ligaments in her ankle and had to cancel some shows.
