DMK announced N. Marudhuganesh as its candidate for the R.K. Nagar by-elections

The DMK on Wednesday announced N. Marudhuganesh as its candidate for the R.K. Nagar by-elections.

In a statement released by the party, signed by its General Secretary Prof. K. Anbazhagan, it said N. Marudhuganesh alias N.M. Ganesh will be contesting in the bypolls.

The DMK had fielded Shimla Muthuchozhan against former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa in the constituency during the 2016 Assembly elections.
