Gangster Binu surrenders to Chennai police

Binu Pappachan, the gangster who was wanted by city police on Tuesday surrendered before police.

He was reportedly traveling constantly in a car across the state after fleeing from the police during his birthday party at Malayambakkam where over 100 people gathered in a lorry shed near Poonamallee. Over 75 persons were arrested on the same day.
