Kolkata Police files FIR against TMC MP

TMC MP Kanwardeep Singh, who allegedly commissioned the Narada sting operation, has been booked by Kolkata Police.

His son, Karan Deep Singh and other directors of Singh’s company, Alchemist, have also been booked under various sections related to cheating, criminal conspiracy, breach of trust by a public servant etc, a senior police official told The Hindu. The FIR was lodged in a police station in central Kolkata.
