Popular Malayalam Actress Rekha Mohan was found dead in her apartment in Thrissur

Popular Malayalam Actress Rekha Mohan was found dead in her apartment in Thrissur on Saturday.

The 45-Year-Old was married to a businessman Mohan Krishnan who stays in Dubai.  The couple have no children. For the past couple of days, Rekha Mohan haven’t answered her hubby’s phone calls.

Mohan Krishnan grew suspicious and alerted the cops. Police had forcibly opened the door after no response from Rekha Mohan and they found her dead. A case of suspicious death was registered and body was sent for post-mortem. Police say the actress might have passed away two days ago.

If the reports in a section of media are to be believed, Rekha Mohan has left a 3-page suicide note in which she mentioned about the reasons behind her extreme step.

Rekha Mohan acted alongside Malayalam superstars Mohan Lal in ‘Yathramozhi’ and Mammootty in ‘Udyanapalakan’. She even appeared in few popular TV Soaps aired on Malayalam Entertainment Channels.
