Shikhar Dhawan to lead India A against Bangladesh A
New Delhi: Shikhar Dhawan will captain India A in a three-day match against Bangladesh A this month, while former Under-19 World Cup skipper Unmukt Chand is in charge of the 50-overs side.
The BCCI on Wednesday confirmed the itinerary for Bangladesh A’s tour of India, which consists of three one-day matches against India A and a three-day fixture versus Ranji Trophy winners Karnataka. The three one-day matches will be played in Bangalore on September 16, 17 and 20 followed by the match with Karnataka in Mysore from September 22. India A will then play the tourists in Bangalore from September 27-29.
Three-day squad: Shikhar Dhawan (captain), Abhinav Mukund, Karun Nair, Shreyas Iyer, Baba Aparajith, Naman Ojha, Jayant Yadav, Vijay Shankar, Ravindra Jadeja, Shreyas Gopal, Abhimanyu Mithun, Varun Aaron, Ishwar Pandey, Sheldon Jackson.
