Shilpa Shetty’s father, Surendra Shetty passes away

Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty lost her father, Surendra Shetty this afternoon. He was the manufacturer of tamper-proof water caps for the pharmaceutical industry.Shilpa’s father had even produced a Indo-Chinese drama film for her titled, ‘The Desire’, which unfortunately remained unreleased.

Surendra Shetty succumbed to a heart attack and breathed his last this afternoon at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. He is now survived by wife Sunanda and daughters Shilpa and Shamita Shetty.
