Venu Srinivasan, Ajay Piramal join Tata Sons board

Top industrialists Venu Srinivasan, Chairman of Sundaram-Clayton Ltd and TVS Motor Company Ltd and Ajay Piramal, Chairman of Piramal Group and the Shriram Group, have been appointed as Non-Executive Directors of Tata Sons Ltd with effect from Thursday, Tata Sons said in a statement.

The other members on the board of Tata Sons include Cyrus Mistry, Ishaat Hussain, Dr.Nitin Nohria, Vijay Singh, Farida Khambata and Ranendra Sen, according to the company’s website. Tata Sons is the holding company of the Tata Group.
