Sasikala’s nephew Magaadevan dies of cardiac arrest

T. V. Magaadevan (47), nephew of incarcerated AIADMK interim general Secretary V. K. Sasikala, died of cardiac arrest near Kumbakonam on Saturday. Sources said that Magaadevan was proceeding by car to a temple at Tiruvidaimarudur near Kumbakonam when he complained of chest pain.

He was rushed to a private hospital at Kumbakonam where doctors declared him ‘brought dead’.

Magaadevan is the son of late Vinodhagan, elder brother of Sasikala. He was residing in Thanjavur and is survived by his wife and two sons.
