Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna finally divorced

Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Bhabani were granted divorce by the Family Court in Mumbai on Monday, April 24. The couple, who got married back in 2000, had filed for divorce on mutual consent.

According to reports, the custody of their two daughters Shakya and Akira will remain with Adhuna while the ‘Rock On’ actor will have access to his kids whenever he wants.

The estranged couple reportedly came to the Family Court in Bandra, Mumbai, during the second session on Monday where they made an appearance before principal marriage counsellor VS Athavale. Post this, the duo went before principal judge MM Thakare and were consequently granted divorce.
