A.P’s interim secretariat complex inauguration today

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, his Cabinet colleagues and other dignitaries will participate in the inauguration of the interim secretariat complex at Velagapudi, in Guntur district, in the early hours of Monday.

Special rituals will be performed on the occasion, and the Chief Minister will inaugurate the secretariat in a traditional manner amid chanting of Vedic hymns at 4.01 a.m. According to official sources, the Capital Region Development Authority has got three big rooms readied for the event, for which arrangements were made on a war-footing as the function was advanced from sometime in June to Monday due to the lack of Muhurtams from May on account of Krishna Pushkarams. It is said there are no Muhurtams for at least three months after April 29. Necessary infrastructure has been created by the CRDA, SPDCL and other departments.
