Carolyn Carter winner of Miss Universe U.S. Virgin Islands 2016

Carolyn Whitney Carter Heller was crowned as Miss Universe U.S. Virgin Islands 2016 on May 2, 2016 at St Thomas, US Virgin Islands. She will now represent US Virgin Islands at Miss Universe pageant 2016.

The United States Virgin Islands will be returning to the Miss Universe pageant after 5 years and also has never won Miss Universe crown since its participation.

Cherrie Raphaelia Creque represented US Virgin Islands at Miss Universe and she was a top 15 finalist in 1971. Carolyn is a recognised actress, model and a globally known beauty queen. She has also represented US Virgin Islands at Miss World 2010, Miss Supranational 2011 and Miss Earth 2012.
