PM Narendra Modi expanded his cabinet, 19 new faces
Today, Modi expanded his cabinet and inducted 19 new ministers into his cabinet. However, none of the probables from AP. The newly elected ministers took the oath in the presence of the Indian President.
In his second cabinet expansion, Modi paved a red carpet to the MPs from Uttarkhand, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh eyeing the upcoming elections. Also, Dalit MPĀ Ramdas Athawale (Maharashtra) and lady candidate Anupriya Patel (Uttar Pradesh) were given the cabinet berth.
