Samuels wins WICB Cricketer of the Year award

Marlon Samuels, the West Indies batsman, was named the Cricketer of the Year and the One-Day International Cricketer of the Year on Tuesday (July 20) at the West Indies Cricket Board’s annual awards function in Antigua.
