Australia Women seal ODI series over India Women with big win
The Australian women’s cricket team wrapped up their series with India 2-0 with a game to spare, taking the second ODI in Vadodara by 60 runs on Thursday.
Driven to 287/9 on the backs of half-centuries to Nicole Bolton (88), Ellyse Perry (70*) and Beth Mooney (56), the Southern Stars chipped away to derail a chase that at one stage saw India comfortably placed at 88 without loss in the 18th over before the innings gave way to 227 in 49.2 overs at Reliance Stadium.
