A militant was on Tuesday killed in an encounter with security forces in Sopore area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district. Militants shot at and injured a Congress worker in Bandipora district of Kashmir on Tuesday night, police said. The militants shot Baahir Ahmad Shiekh (40) inside his residence at Ashtengoo at around 7.30 p.m., a police official said.
