City Square To Change The Face Of Vijayawada
Andhra Pradesh’s chief minister, his major dream has been the construction of Amaravati as a smart capital that is on par with most advanced capital cities in the world.
In the process, Chandrababu’s team has reportedly come up with a proposal to build a City Square in Vijayawada center, much on the lines of most European cities. To be built in across 25 acres of land specifically allotted by the state government, the City Square will feature world-class facilities.
The City Square will boast of spacious convention centres, exhibition centres, children parks, gaming zone and many other amenities.
Also an iconic tower will be built at the centre of the square. To make way for the construction of the City Square, the existing PWD grounds, Rythu Bazaar and some part of the government offices and the State guesthouse will be demolished.
No wonder, once the square is built, it will be a major tourist attraction to the city.
