Manoj Tiwari’s house ransacked
BJP Delhi state unit president Manoj Tiwari on Monday alleged that his official residence in the Heavy Security Lutyens’ Zone was attacked by a group of men.
Two persons have been arrested in connection with the incident which the police described as primarily a road rage incident.
“Initial investgations suggest that Mr. Tiwari’s SUV had hit the car of the accused close to where he lives. But instead of calling the police, they started misbehaving with the occupants and then went to his house ransacking it,” said Deputy Commissioner of Police (New Delhi) B.K. Singh.
Mr. Tiwari took to Twitter to share about the incident as he claimed that around 8-10 persons had come to his house i.e. 159 North Avenue but did not share the details of the attack.
